Making LUCID steel ready for a costumer

every time i sell a LUCID in steel or brass alot of work is involved in preparing the warmer … finally it is polished and cleaned, the customer is a returning customer buying his second LUCID in steel … so i need to be shure that the quality is as good as the first item he purcased.
