Finding a new supplier

I have embarked on the journey of sourcing a new supplier for my cup design—one that aligns with my commitment to quality, reliability, and craftsmanship. Finding the right production partner is a time-intensive process, especially when seeking small but highly skilled artisans who can deliver exceptional results. My goal is to keep production within Europe to ensure both sustainability and quality consistency.

My previous supplier, while capable, proved to be inefficient in communication and had delivery times that did not support a lean and responsive business model. As I move forward, I am prioritizing a supplier who can meet my quality standards while offering reliable lead times and a streamlined production process.
