Working on my Scandinavian design teapot

When running a small company like mine, every new product must be carefully evaluated—will it sell, how efficient is the production process, and what materials, colors, or finishes align with both aesthetics and sustainability? Lean development is key: minimizing waste, optimizing resources, and ensuring that every product has a clear purpose.

For a long time, I’ve been refining a teapot design based on the Scandinavian design principles, balancing functionality, durability, and responsible production. Now, with growing demand from one of my sales partners, it’s time to take the next steps. Soon, I’ll finalize the files and create the last prototypes, moving toward production with a focus on thoughtful design and minimal environmental impact.
