I’ve just kicked off production for the CALM teapot, crafted from a special porcelain blend. In small-scale manufacturing like mine, there are always potential roadblocks. Costs might run too high to be profitable, or technical challenges could complicate the process to the point of stopping it altogether. One concern is the teapot’s thin walls—nearly twice the height of a CALM cup, making me question its durability. Fortunately, the Portuguese ceramics company handling production is incredibly skilled. They even manage the packaging, simplifying my workload significantly.
